Currently I am building a #BABA OTF Server Long trade from mid-80s which I tweeted on @mocktrade so earlier today and I will add while above 79. I have two concerns with #BABA; the first is earnings (ERs) which I hope to be out of at least 2/3rds of the Long trade before #BABA reports if I get the opportunity to scale out at profit targets. I am hoping to scale some gains ahead of the low volume area (LVA) at 83s. If above 83s pre-ERs I will consider holding a small amount for the OTF Server 86s/87s target.
My 2nd concern is the overall market this week; if the overall market cannot breakout to new ATHs on high volume which is then followed by downside market rotation, #BABA will likely follow especially with how most key stocks/leaders have been selling post their initial ERs move so far in Q2. If below 79 before reporting I will exit the the #BABA Long trade.
