These are the Yield to Maturity Indices as published in real-time by CBOE.

Note the new monthly SPR Levels (Support, Pivot & Resistance).  We have never seen such a rise in last 30 days, in percentage change, for Five Year (benchmark for car loans) and Ten Year (benchmark for Mortgages).

StochRSI had its Rendezvous above 90 area and then SP2 pulls back hard from 75 area

Path of least resistance is DOWN, ceteris paribus.

This chart shows the Term Structure of [risk free, if held till maturity] of interest rates (US Treasuries).

NOTE: how fast 5 & 10-yr Yield-to-Maturities (YTMs) have exploded in March.

5-yr is a benchmark for cars, while 10-yr is for housing.
